To use our A’La Carte Restaurant, please contact our guest relations department between 09:00 and 12:00 to make a reservation.

Antalya city center is 85 km away, Perge Ancient City is 30 km away, Aspendos Ancient Theatre is 15 km away, Side Apollo Temple and Ancient Theatre is 10 km away, and Manavgat Waterfall is 15 km away. Manavgat market: Mondays and Thursdays. Side market: Every day.

You can follow our information boards for daily sports and entertainment activities, evening show programs and other events, and get instant information from the entertainment info desk and the activities menu.

For towels you will use at the beach and pool, you will be given a "Towel Card" free of charge from the reception. Towel changes are subject to a fee.
Internet usage in the general area (To connect to the internet: As a guest user, you need to enter your Room Number as the password and your date of birth)

Table tennis, tennis court use (rackets and balls), football field, basketball court, mini golf, beach volleyball, various table games. (Available at reception for a deposit)

Safe deposit box, late check-out, room category change, laundry service (washing, ironing, dry cleaning), stroller rental, airport transfer, beach towel change. Some imported drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice, bottled wine, doctor, shopping center (supermarket, boutique, leather goods store, jeweler, shoe and bag shop, hairdresser, photography), massage and skin care, tennis court lighting, motorized water sports, extra internet usage.

Your ideas and suggestions are important to us. Surveys will help us provide better service. Therefore, we kindly request that you participate in the surveys and share your suggestions with us.

Check-out time is 12:00. Staying longer is subject to a charge. Room and towel cards and wristbands must be returned upon check-out. Failure to return them will result in a charge of 5 EURO for each card.

Please inform reception if you would like your luggage to be collected from your room and stored in the luggage room.

If you encounter a technical problem in your room, you can contact our reception or guest relations staff.

Fill out the laundry form found in your wardrobe, leave it on your bed along with your laundry, and inform reception. Laundry and ironing requests submitted before 10:00 AM will be delivered the same day by 4:00 PM. Dry cleaning requests will be delivered the following day. These services are subject to a fee.

We kindly request that you adhere to the usage rules of our children's playground and children's club. The children's playground can be used by children aged 4-12 years. The Children's Club is open between 10:00 – 12:00 and 14:00 – 18:00.

We do not accept foreign currency at our hotel. You can pay your bill 24 hours a day with cash, Visa and Mastercard.

Our doctor's office is open from 09:00 to 18:00. You can find out our doctor's daily hours at reception. For emergencies, please call reception (9 - 355). All health services are subject to extra charges.

There is no pharmacy on site. Please contact our hotel doctor if you need medication.

Please keep your valuables in the room safe. The establishment cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuables not placed in the safe. Safe deposit boxes are subject to a fee. Keeping illegal items in the room is prohibited by law.

Our hotel uses 220-volt electricity. For your safety, the use of household appliances (iron, electric stove, gas cylinder, etc.) in the room is strictly prohibited.

Our hotel has 2 charging stations for electric vehicles; you can get information from our reception or security departments if needed.

You can obtain your beach towels from the reception in the SPA center using a card. Beach towel changes are subject to a fee. Please do not take white bath towels out of your room.

Our pools are regularly inspected. They will be closed for use from 8 PM onwards for chemical maintenance.

Wireless internet is available throughout our facility. For faster internet access, you can apply for paid internet service at our reception desk.

For your own safety, please observe the opening and closing times of the slides. It is dangerous and forbidden for children under 9 years old to use the slides. Our hotel cannot be held responsible for any situations arising from such behavior.

Please inform the reception and guest relations department about lost and found items. Our hotel is not responsible for unclaimed or lost items.

Swimming attire is not permitted in our restaurants and indoor bars. Thank you for your understanding.

Guests without wristbands will not be served. Please return your wristbands to reception upon check-out. Serving alcoholic beverages to guests under 18 years of age is prohibited by law.

Your mini-bar will be refilled once on your arrival day.

Our rooms are cleaned daily between 09:00 and 17:00. Please leave towels to be changed on the floor. Hang your used towels on the hanger. If you do not want cleaning, please hang a ‘Do not disturb’ sign on your door.

Your key cards also activate the electrical system in the room. Room entries are recorded in the lock memory. Please take your card with you when you leave your room; otherwise, the housekeeping staff will collect your card and return it to reception. If you lose your card, please report it to reception as soon as possible.

Free parking is available for our guests. Our hotel cannot be held responsible for the loss of valuables left in vehicles.

Your feedback is important to us. You can submit your suggestions, observations, and complaints to the guest relations department.

RED FLAG: Means swimming in the sea is strictly prohibited.
YELLOW RED FLAG: Means swimming in the sea is permitted. You can use the sun loungers located on the beach and by the pool free of charge. Sun lounger reservations cannot be made. The beach area is constantly monitored by security personnel and lifeguards. Our hotel cannot be held responsible for lost items.

We would like to remind you that the restaurant is very busy between 7 PM and 8 PM. For a quieter and more relaxed meal, we recommend going after 8 PM. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED. According to Turkish law, smoking is prohibited in designated areas with warning signs and special markings. We kindly request that you comply with these rules. Otherwise, our establishment is not responsible for any penalties that may be incurred.

Our water sports station on the beach is open from 09:00 to 19:00, depending on weather conditions.

Our spa center, including our Turkish bath, sauna, fitness center, skin care area, and massage rooms, is open from 09:00 to 20:00.

Our hotel is equipped with fire detectors and fire warning signs are located behind the room doors. In case of an emergency, please call reception immediately and evacuate the area as indicated on the fire warning signs.

Please contact reception. As our hotel operates on an ultra all-inclusive system, a 30-minute free meeting opportunity is offered in the lobby area for guests arriving from outside the hotel. Your guests can use our facilities for a daily fee. We kindly request your assistance with their registration at the security gate.
